Customers are supposed to pay before receiving the parcel due to security concerns. Customers are advised not to accept any opened/damaged parcels and simply reject them at the time of delivery. Orders placed by 04:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service & we will provide you a tracking ID that will enable you to trace your order online. Orders received after 04:00 pm will be dispatched the next day. Orders received on Sunday and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day. Delivery time is usually 2-3 working days (No Delivery on Sunday) in all cities across Pakistan. However, delivery can take up to 4-5 days if in a remote location or village.
